For those organisations that operate their own network infrastructure Daisy Wholesale offers premium IP transit services. Our fully resilient Cisco powered BGP4 network ensures dependability and reliability for our customers, achieving no less than 100% uptime for our peering network during 2009.

As well as being peered at LINX and LoNAP Daisy Wholesale has Tier 1 connectivity from:

  • Level 3
  • TiNET (Formerly Tiscali International)
  • NTT
Independently terminated across 3 locations across London, Daisy Wholesale IP transit services offer our customers low latency, high availability transit terminated at 100Mbit, 1Gbit or 10Gbit depending on the customers requirements.

Each client has the opportunity of purchasing a committed data rate specifying the amount of connectivity required with or without burst capacity or 95th percentile which involves taking samples of the throughput once every 5 minutes, collecting all these samples over a 30 day period, sorting the data into order and discarding the top 5 percent.

Transit services are usually supplied to those operating their own AS number however IP addressing can be supplied should this be required.
